Summer Place offers a wide range of units, 1,2 and 3 bedroom townhouse style units. All of our units are furnished with beach decor that captures the atmosphere of Coastal Living. Units are fully equipped to meet all of your vacation needs and can include:

- All units are multi-level and NOT handicapped accessible
- Please call the office before 4 pm THURSDAY before check-in for key pad entry code.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. 1 BR: (702 Sq. Ft) - Max 4/Priv 4, 2 baths, 1 queen bed and sleeper sofa. 2 BR: (1287 Sq Ft )- Max 6/Priv 6 have 2 1/2 baths, 1 King bed, 2 twin beds and sleep sofa. 3 BR: (1500 Sq Ft) -Max 8/Priv 8 have 3 baths, 1 king bed, 4 twin beds and 1 sleeper sofa
