Summer Place Resort
Summer Place offers some newly renovated units in a nautical theme. Our 26 units feature comfortable living areas, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, and at least
two full bathrooms with 1 hair dryer.
Choose either of our spacious one, two, or three bedroom units.
Sheets and towels are supplied for each unit
Best of all... every unit has a balcony and dry sauna.

Best things about the Resort
LOCATION!.... Very convenient to the beach and nearby businesses. It is easy to get to RT 1 and travel to Ocean City or Rehoboth.
I love the Summer Place! It is everything that I would expect a beach resort to be. It is only a 5 min. walk to the beach and a 10 min. walk to a quaint boardwalk with lots of nice shops and places to eat. There were concerts in Bethany 3 of the nights that we were there. Since we were so close, we could walk and not worry about parking.
OVERALL LAYOUT!...very nice....Spacious dining room, kitchen, and living room area. Wi-Fi internet with easy to set up. 2 decks and the loft area with sauna were a huge bonus.
Roominess of 1 bedroom unit... cleanliness... Free Internet... nice pool area with plenty of tables and chairs....GREAT STAFF!!!
Can't say enough about Summer Place...An inexpensive way to provide a quality vacation at the beach or nearby towns for family or couple. I would recommend it to anyone who wants clean, friendly place to stay.
LOCATION!!.. LOCATION!! ...LOCATION!!... Walking distance to the beach. The pool is beautiful. A good mix of sun and shade. It even has a baby pool for the little ones to enjoy. It also has a hot tub. Wonderful Staff!!!.... Home away from Home....

Cottage Café, The Parkway, Mangos (great views of the Ocean) and 14 Global Restaurants. All within walking distance...Difebo's.(short drive on Rt 26)... Music on the Boardwalk... BEACH IS CLOSE BY AND CLEAN
